We can print a variety of colours. Our colour chat can be seen here. In general, standard print size is 7 inches on the front of the cover, however we can also print on the back with a maximum 10 inches logo. We can usually print any style you provide but sometimes there are limitations. Should you have any print queries, send us over your logo and we will do our best to help you.

If you have already placed your order, please quote your order reference and your full name and delivery address so we can easily locate your order. Our team will advise further.

The majority of our products are made from one of two materials; PEVA and nonwoven. Both materials are reusable and we encourage multiple uses to limit wastage. PEVA is a plastic waterproof material that is great for transporting garments. Nonwoven is a breathable fabric that is good for storage. We also use clear PVC and nylon for certain products. None of our materials are truly biodegradable. 
Our most premium quality is 100% cotton twill. We would recommend this product for long term storage of your most expensive and precious products such as fur coats. 

We accept bank transfers, all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, G-Pay (Google Pay) and cheques.

For bulk orders which are being delivered by DPD, we guarantee a next day delivery if you place your order before 2pm! If you have chosen to have your products printed, this usually takes approximately 14 working days after artwork approval and receipt of payment. This may increase during our busier periods.

For smaller orders, we offer FREE standard delivery with Royal Mail 48 service for all UK Mainland orders with the option to upgrade to DPD tracked next day delivery.

We do not routinely offer Saturday deliveries however there is an option to upgrade, and we suggest you contact us directly to discuss this further. Should you wish to collect your order, please contact us directly.

From January 1^st 2021, the regulations concerning shipping goods outside the United Kingdom have changed. It is now mandatory to supply the parcel with a specific set of documents, like any licence or certificate to ship internationally and the parcel invoices.

Don’t worry, the big part of the work is on us!

The only information we need from you is:

•        Your EORI number
•        Your VAT number

Our courier service is DPD. As soon as they pick up your parcel from our facilities, you will be contacted by them. You will receive an email that will give you access to all the useful information about the duties related to your parcel and your tracking number.

Please notice that all duty costs need to be paid by the customer. You will find a direct link to the payment in the email from DPD. The parcel will be delivered once the transaction is completed.

Would you like to have more information about the duty rates? They are calculated on the type of goods and the commercial invoice. You will get all the data you may need in the report from DPD. We cannot release any estimate on the duty costs.

Due to the enhanced border checks and the copious administration tasks, also shipping and delivery timing are likely to be impacted. We are not able to predict any delays on your parcel delivery. You can track your parcel through the DPD website by using your tracking number.

If we get your order back, you will be required to pay for the re-shipping duty costs.
